Next Tales of Countdown Site Opens - 19 Days Till The Big Reveal!

The reveal will be on the first day of Tales of Festival 2012 (June 2).
A commercial for the game will be shown on May 21st and May 25th during the program “HEY! HEY! HEY!” which airs at 8pm.
A live broadcast of the announcement will be given exclusively to members of Tales Channel +, so you guys might want to join.

I’ve seen a couple of posts of concern about the legality of the shirt designs I make. I’d like to address the issue with this post.
First off, I did ask the advice of other people who are already successful with shirt designs and stuff before actually starting my own. Of course, this was also a personal concern of mine. They did, however, reassure me that according to the copyright law, “parodies, which are using a work in order to poke fun at or comment on the work itself, either for profit or non-profit, are considered under the fair use clause of copyright law and, are therefore, legal”. Here’s another post by Rachael, another person who also makes parody shirts, about the legality of this.
Of course, I didn’t stop there, so I did research on the copyright law itself, and it indeed covers that. I even asked a couple of friends who are lawyers (it helps to have a married lawyer couple living just next door), as well as my boyfriend who is a law student, about my work, and whether it would be against the law, and all that. They assured me that I was still following the law with them. I mean, seriously, I don’t want to go to court on trial and/or go to jail as much as the next guy. We’re ppor enough as it is.
And believe it or not, all the designs, even those that look like they were just cropped from the screenshot, were all actually redrawn by me on my sketchpad first. Then, the usual process follows (sketchpad -> webcam -> lineart and color on SAI -> effects, lighting, lettering, adjustment on Photoshop)
If I, however, like, slapped the LoK or Tales logo on to there and sold those, then that would be illegal.
If I do, ever, get a C&D because of the shirts, I’d willingly take them down.
Tales from A to Z shirt - White | Black
These are the first things that came to mind when I was asked to list anything Tales related from A to Z.
And I admit, it was hard.
Especially the last letters of the alphabet.
